Cindy Chen, Canada - 10 years of QSI

I’m Cindy Chen, and I’m currently a 9-year-old homeroom teacher at QSI Shenzhen. I have a unique connection to QSI Shenzhen, because I not only teach here but also graduated as part of the Class of 2016. I started school at QSI at the age of 12, and I feel very lucky and grateful to return as a teacher in 2021.

As we all know, QSI is a school with students from all over the world. It provides a multicultural learning environment that supports students’ academic success and guides them to become global citizens. At our school, everyone—students and teachers —demonstrates the Success Orientations. Over the years, we have seen students benefiting from the school’s diverse and inclusive learning environment. Now, as a teacher, my goal is to continue demonstrating the school’s values and support students on their learning journey.  #QSIShenzhen #Alumni
